New Research Intake Form

We now have a new Research Intake Form for individuals that wish to submit historical Pride information directly to us.

Regarding our Research Intake Form, please note the following:

  • Please ensure all information provided is accurate and publicly available

  • Please do not provide any information that is sensitive in nature or in which you do not have permission to share

  • Please only provide links to photos that you have ownership rights over (a Photography Copyright Agreement will be sent to you after your submission)

Our Research Intake Form covers the following topics, we recommend gathering the materials prior to starting the form:

  • Parade Marshals

  • Annual Themes

  • First Parade/March

  • Changes to the Parade Route

  • Changes to the Festival Location

  • Expansion on the number of festival days

  • Signature events

  • Artists and performances

  • Organization leadership

  • Attendance

  • Proclamations/Awards/Accolades
